Saving your settings

Webcam Zone Trigger remembers your settings between sessions. You can also save them manually for later use. This enables you to have more than one setup.

You can only have one instance of Webcam Zone Trigger. For multiple camera support, please upgrade to the Pro version.

To create a desktop shortcut to run Webcam Zone Trigger with a specified settings file (Advanced)

  1. In the Windows Start menu, right-click the Webcam Zone Trigger item and select Create Shortcut.
  2. Locate the shortcut on the desktop, right-click it and select Properties.
  3. In Shortcut tab, Target field, append the switch /s and the file name. For example,

    "C:\Program Files\Webcam Zone Trigger\ZoneTrigger.exe" /s frontdoor.sav.

    The file must be located in the current user's My Documents Webcam ZoneTrigger subfolder. Webcam Zone Trigger will not look elsewhere.

  4. Click OK.
